A Customer Data Platform (CDP) collects customer data from various sources, brings the information together and thus creates a unique customer view. Thanks to these insights, marketers can better understand their customers and segment them more effectively according to needs, behaviour and preferences. A major benefit of using a CDP is the ability to conduct personalised marketing. The new customer insights give marketers the guidance to set up personalised campaigns with relevant messages for each customer segment.

Our colleagues at Invenna have successfully used Customer Data Platforms (CDPs) to increase both the efficiency and effectiveness of their customer relationships at the Dutch Red Cross.
What began almost 160 years ago as one man's dream has developed into the largest independent aid network over the last century and a half: the International Red Cross and Red Crescent Movement. The Dutch Red Cross has been a member since 1867. The emergency aid organisation provides help for people in need and works every day to prevent and alleviate human suffering wherever it may be.
Over the years, the Dutch Red Cross accumulated a lot of donor data, which led to a need for a complete donor view. With the help of CDP's innovative Master Data Management (MDM) technology, Invenna has helped their client to centralise and analyse their donor information. This enabled them to develop personalised campaigns and aid programmes and increase their revenue enormously. Thanks to CDP, the aid organisation was also able to increase the effectiveness of its humanitarian work and in turn managed to increase the willingness to donate.
Global Group is delighted that the technology has achieved such outstanding success with its colleagues. Global Group plans to offer the innovative use of CDPs to its customers in the future. Please contact us if you are interested or have any questions regarding the use of Customer Data Platforms.
