Start to the second half of the Year for the Data Agency with the Acquisition of Campaigns Unlimited

Nieuwegein, 31 August 2022 - The Data Agency announced the acquisition of Campaigns Unlimited (CU). This strengthens the Group's presence in the Netherlands.

The Data Agency helps market-leading clients in the media, banking and insurance, charity, retail and automotive sectors to successfully implement their data strategy. The group aims to become the leading provider of data, technology and analytics in the Benelux and Germany.

This is the fourth acquisition since 2019. Global Group was acquired at the beginning of this year, thereby expanding the company's presence in Germany. With the acquisition of Campaigns Unlimited, the company is expanding its services in the direction of data consulting. Invenna and Human Inference had previously been added to the group.

THE ACQUISITION

With the acquisition of Campaigns Unlimited, the company is expanding its product range to include data consulting. The Data Agency thus offers every customer a specific solution for every data challenge. Campaigns Unlimited's services seamlessly tie in with The Data Agency's three unifying factors: data, technology and analytics. Campaigns Unlimited will continue to operate as an independent company under the wing of the Group.
