History: The story of Global Group AG

1989Reuter & Partner advertising agency founded.
1995Global Media GmbH founded under the label “Global Group,” with the Business Units Global Direct, Global Advertising, Global Fulfillment, and Global Call. Business operations include consulting, conception, and production of services of all kinds in the fields of dialogue and direct marketing, advertising, multimedia, and telephone marketing.
1999Krawall Gaming Network, an online gaming magazine, established as a Business Unit.
2001The Business Unit Global Direct is transformed into Global Direct GmbH.
2002The Krawall Gaming Network Business Unit is transformed into Krawall Gaming Network GmbH.
2003Global Group Dialog Solutions AG founded as a holding company for all of the affiliated companies.

The company moves to its own new building, in Idstein-Wörsdorf.
2004New companies founded:

Global Advertising Dialog Solutions GmbH, specialising in conception and creation of direct marketing campaigns.

Global Fulfillment GmbH, specialising in production and handling of marketing campaigns.

Global Consulting Dialog Solutions GmbH, specialising in professional consulting, conception, and implementation of new customer acquisition campaigns and initiatives to increase customer profitability.

Global Call Dialog Solutions GmbH founded as a provider of inbound and outbound telemarketing services.
2005Company building expanded, company moves into its second office building, in Idstein-Wörsdorf.
2006Global Research Dialog Solutions GmbH founded, specialising in conception and implementation of market research projects.
2007Company building expanded, company moves into its third office building, in Idstein-Wörsdorf.
2010For an unified corporate identity consolidation of all affiliated companies into the Global Group Dialog Solutions AG
